Aaron is back this week after a short break from tour.
We join Aaron at the World Golf Championships – Bridgestone Invitational in Akron, Ohio. Always exciting events – how could they not be with the best players from around the world all competing?! The WGC takes the top 50 players in the official world ranking and the leaders from the 6 tours’ official money lists. Badds enters the WGC ranked 24th in the world.
Bridgestone is a little different than normal because everyone will play all 72 holes as there is no cut. Tiger Woods is the past champion (for the last 3 years!), however as you all know he won’t have the chance to defend his title because of his knee injury.
Firestone Country Club plays host to the Bridgestone Invitational. This is a beautiful course and all the players seem to love it. It is considered one of the more challenging courses on tour but also one of the most enjoyable ones. Aaron is very excited for the week ahead!
Aaron will tee off from the 10th tee on the South Course at 12:59pm with Mark Brown and J.J Henry.
GO BADDS!
Shelley
