The next few weeks promise to be exciting and challenging for Aaron as he tees up for the Shell Houston Open, The Masters and the Verizon Heritage.
Good thing Aaron’s game is in fine condition and becoming stronger each day. We catch up with Badds this week at the Shell Houston Open. Some players choose to take a break before the Masters but a lot like to use this tournament as an opportunity to get their game into peak condition. With a strong field and difficult course, this is a perfect way to prepare for the most demanding event on tour.
The Shell Houston Open will be hosted by the Tournament Course at Redstone Golf Club. This course was specifically designed for hosting a PGA Tour event and is relatively new, only opening its doors in 2005. Par is 72 and it is 7457 yards. The purse is 5.6 million with the winner taking home just over a million.
Fellow Aussie Adam Scott is last years champ after 4 low rounds of 69, 71, 65 and 66 to finish 3 strokes ahead of Bubba Watson and Stuart Appleby.
Aaron will tee off from the 1st on Thursday at 7:50am with Troy Matteson and Trevor Immelman.

GO BADDS!!
